Tahhan was elected by the students to represent them during elections that were held at the end of the Spring 2014 semester.

Tahhan will be attending Columbia University and is planning a career in Law. Tahhan said, “This summer I will begin an internship at the office of NJ Senator Menendez and I will make sure to lobby for legislation that will continue assisting community college students, which we all know are some of the most tenacious and intelligent students in the county.”
